Wizards are supreme magic users, with the ability to cast spells that change one substance into another, call meteors down from the sky, or open portals to other worlds. Wizards live and die by their spells, everything else is secondary – and they learn new spells as they experiment and grow in experience. They also rarely live ordinary lives, often drawn out of the safety of their libraries and laboratories into crumbling ruins and lost cities. Most wizards believe that their counterparts in ancient civilizations knew secrets of magic that have been lost to the ages, and discovering those secrets could unlock the path to the ultimate power.
Stats range from 1-20, the higher the better and determine how well you will fare in certain situations. Henry leads with wisdom, but lends us his intelligence and constitution.
Primary abilities:
Intelligence – with a blend of curiosity and observation, Henry considers every facet from the big picture to the tiniest of details.
Special ability:
Hypnotic Gaze – Henry's soft words and enchanting gaze can magically enthrall other creatures.
Saving throws:
Wisdom – in problem solving, Henry combines old-soul understanding with real-world experience..
Henry weaves magic in everything he does, whether it be talking shop or recounting his latest favorite movie. He is a great listener, observant and empathetic to others around him, and knows how to take other’s strengths and maximize their potential. He has an uncanny ability to make others feel like heroes by giving them the buff they need and making them feel heard and valued. Henry is also capable of design alchemy and understands how to wow his audience, but even after years of experience is always looking to add to his knowledge. He looks to other designers and those who came before him for inspiration, and knows good work when he sees it, keeping a vast library of inspiration. He enjoys his work and is energized by the job and the challenges it presents, in turn making others feel important and powerful.
Henry is a master craftsman and constructed many of the beautiful pieces of furniture in our office. He even put together his own printing press at home.
